  • The delivery location has to be on ground floor or the level which is reachable by elevator.
  • If the parking area is 50 – 100m away from the delivery point, $200 has to be charged for each item. For the location further away, additional $100 has to be charged for every 50m.

Assembly Fee

Each piece or Dining Chair x 2 $150
Chandelier $600 for 1/ $900 for 2 /$1,200 for 3
  • The furniture can be self-assembled by customers
  • Additional $300 will be charged for wall drilling service

Storage Fee

First 30 days Free
Within 2 months $300/pc/month
Within 3 months $800/pc/month
Within 4 – 6 months $2,000/pc/month
  • Note: Storage fee will be calculated by month accumulatively.
